EXPERIENCE

1986-1991- U.S NAVY,  (certified nuclear welder) - I performed weldments on both conventional and nuclear naval systems.

1991-1993- BROOKVILLE LOCOMOTIVE, (welder) - I manufactured new fabrication for underground locomotives and personnel carriers (man trips).

1993-1995- MECO/AMERICAN LONGWALL,  I assisted in the remanufacturing of roof supports and face conveyors until taking a salaried position as the quality control inspector for the facility in Warrendale P.A.  In 1995 I moved to the Whittington Illinois Facility to run the rebuild department.

1995-2002- JOY MINING MACHINERY, (supervisor) I spent five years as day shift supervisor in the fab and machine shop. My responsibilities included overseeing the fabrication and remanufacturing of all major Joy components

2002- Present- COAL AGE, I was hired as the miner rebuild manager until being promoted to manufacturing manager. I am currently the Midwest sales manager. My territory consists of Illinois, Indiana, western Kentucky and the Oklahoma/Arkansas coal field. I also serve as a liaison between engineering and the mines. 

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

U.S.N  4954,4955,4956 attended Navy school to achieve certification to weld on all materials, all processes, nuclear and conventional.

U.S.N  4963 Certification for non destructive testing of weldments. ut., pt, and mt.

LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS  conducted by Sesco Inc 

TEAM SKILLS  conducted by Aaim Inc of  St. Louis M.O

I currently use vista, Microsoft word and Microsoft excel on a daily bases

I have previously used SAP at two locations
